TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS, PENALITIES AND REFUNDS
Cancellations will have to reach us by e-mail at email@example.com and will be followed by refunds and penalties depending on the case, and are specified as follows:
1. For cancellations of guided visits, excursions, tour services found in the catalogue which reach the organizer by letter more than 2 days prior to the date of the service (visit/tour/excursion), the client will be completely refunded with no penalties. For cancellations which reach the organizer within the 2 days prior to the date of the service (visit/tour/excursion), the client will have to forfeit the entire amount paid for the service and will receive no refund.
2. There is no refund for those clients who do not make it to the meeting point for the fixed time of the start of the tour; and there is no refund for the client who loses contact with the tour guide during the tour and/or fails to complete the tour.
3. In any other case, the maximum refund to which the client is entitled is the cost of the tour.
