Day 1:
Arrival transfer from Florence airport/railway station to the hotel.
Day 2 : Siena – Chianti – San Gimignano
Departure for Siena.
Here welcoming by a local guide starts a superb walking tour between narrow alleys and noble palaces, over the highest hill of the three hills of Siena, from Salimbeni square, where there’s the oldest bank of Europe to the majestic Duomo of Siena; without forget the heart of the city, Piazza del Campo, one of the most famous square in the world for its artistic and architectural beauty.
After this, we drive to a fantastic farmhouse to enjoy a visit of its cellars and vineyards, followed by a typical lunch and tasting of local wines.
Proceed further in the direction of San Gimignano rises on a beautiful Senese hill 334 meters above the sea level and, its towers, which make the town “unique” in the world, dominates the surrounded Valley.

Day 3 : Montepulciano – Pienza – Montalcino
Departure to Montepulciano, a former Roman Settlement, risen on “Mons Politianus” Owen its present appearance not just to the middle ages but also to the Renaissance, as we see from numerous churches and palaces built by Antonio da Sangallo and by Michelozzo.
Free time to visit the historical center and tasting the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano in a local winery.
After that proceed to Pienza that is famous for its Pecorino cheese but it has been the first renaissance town in Europe, a model of perfect illuminate architecture for Florence, Paris etc.…..
Art lovers, however, will associate this small south Tuscan town with Enea Silvio Piccolomini, later Pope Pius II, who asked Bernardo Rossellino to transform his birthplace into an ideal city of the Renaissance.
Enjoy here a typical lunch with tasting of pecorino cheese and local products.
After lunch departure to Montalcino, first stage is a producer of Brunello wine, where you can enjoy the world-famous wines and working methods.
Following stop and free time to visit the fourteenth-century fortress, free time to discover the “secrets” of the village and come back with one of the most beautiful picture of this beautiful area.

Day 4 : Pisa – Lucca
Start a full day excursion with the visit of Volterra, capital of the Etruscan culture, the reminiscent old town famous for its mining of Alabaster, the medieval Cathedral and the beautiful Palazzo dei Priori.
Without forget a visit to an artisan laboratory to see best masters of alabaster stone at work.
Proceed to enjoy a guided walking tour of Pisa, known worldwide for its leaning tower (the bell tower of the city’s cathedral), the city is also home of the University of Pisa, which has a history going back to the 12th century.
Continue to Lucca, famous for its intact Renaissance-era city walls; this vey ancient town was founded by the Etruscans and became a Roman colony, it was the only Tuscan town not conquered by Medici family.
The rectangular grid of its historical center preserves the Roman street plan, and the Piazza San Michele occupies the site of the ancient forum and traces of the amphitheater can still be seen in the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro.

Day 5: Florence.
Will meet a guide, where stats a guided tour along the characteristic streets and dedicate a day to the “Lands of Renaissance” discovering the historical center of the marvelous Florence.
First stop is Michelangelo’s square for the best view of the town, close to the unforgettable San Miniato ‘s Church. Then enjoy a nice walk through ” Ponte Vecchio” and the streets of the old center to the Accademia Gallery, famous museum for the works by Michelangelo and his original statue of the David.
Admire the religious center composed by the Giotto’s bell tower, the Baptistery and its famous Gate of Paradise, the Cathedral and its majestic Cupola of Brunelleschi.
A visit is not complete without seeing Signoria square, seat of the Palazzo Vecchio and Loggia dei Lanzi, admire the best of renaissance artists in the Uffizi Gallery and finish our tour in Santa Croce square.

Day 6: Florence
Departure transfer to airport/railway station.

End of services.
